After a 2 year hiatus, the Cincinnati duo, Elation - are at it again.
Trip Hop/Funk/Soul/Rock.. the sound of Elation is composed of multi-instrumentalist/producer/songwriter, Matt Parmenter and alto vocalist/songwriter Amy Ketchum. Compared to others in the electronic vein, Elation serves up a bed of electronic tasty beats, loops, creativity and layers in live instruments with the vocalist as the pillow for your head. The lyrics are deep yet vague, allowing the listener to relate on multiple levels and really feel the words.
